Mr Mwalimu Simon Gichuki founded New Age International Building & Developers Ltd in the year 2013. Since then the Company has grown from strength to strength under his leadership and vision. With the motto “ACTUALIZING YOUR DREAMS”. He strives to inspire new homeowners and fulfil their dreams of owning their first homes. Gichuki is a family man, a loving father and husband who has the dream of creating a better future for his family and the world at large. He attributes his success to the grace of God, his family and friends who are always supportive. Gichuki promises that your dream home will be ready on time and within budget.

The Building Process
Initial Contact
After you have been in touch with New Age International Building & Developers Ltd, We will ask you several questions. This is important to help us understand the style, size & type of home you want, your budget, the location if you have plans available and the timeline you wish to have the project completed.
Consultation
We will arrange to meet with you on-site or at our office to discuss your requirements further and for us to learn more about your proposed project. Mr Mwalimu Simon Gichuki will walk you through the scope of work, budget and deliverables for the project. If you do not currently have a design or plans for your project we do have architects that we work closely with to help create a design for your new home. Please note we have a site visit fee.
Get a Quote
To provide you with the best quality, we need to make sure that we are covering all of your bases. Please know that getting a quote for a construction project is not the same as ordering a product with a simple click of your mouse. The process is extensive and it will take several days because we will need to compile quotes from sub-contractors, cost of building materials, labour costs, and costs of any special requests that you might have. Our quotes are detailed to avoid any miscommunication on the deliverables.
Approval
After accepting the quote, Mr Gichuki will start working with you to create a timeframe and schedule for your construction project. A building Contract of Engagement will be prepared and signed by all parties before work begins. We will issue a deposit invoice. Construction will begin after we have received the necessary approvals from the County Government and National Construction Authority (NCA).
The Build
When we start building, Mr Gichuki will be the contact point for the entire process. He will keep you updated on progress, supervise the supply of building materials and manage any issues that arise. You can trust that every aspect of your build will be managed professionally and with your best interests at heart. Once construction has been completed we will ensure that the site is kept clean and tidy with all excess rubbish and materials removed.
Project Handover
When the construction of your new home is completed, Mr Gichuki will meet you at the house for a final walk-through. He will show you around and answer any questions that you may have about the house. He will be available to help you if any issues need to be addressed. After completing a check of each area of the home in question, he will hand over the home for you to move in with your family.
